About those Pictures

Sorry that I have not gotten to those pictures. If you do however go to the link that I gave a Few weeks back, you can see my lovely face!

I am still having a problem with the importing of my pictured from my camera, but I have a friend who is going to help me deal with that!

As goes my Questing... I have taken it easy on questing for a little While, I feel a little worn out from doing so much in such little time. Plus I need to buy another 2 month pass that will allow me to continue to explore and do all the stuff I have been doing. Until then I can Only sit back and do nothing! haha

Sometimes I am so lazy, but this pass cost some amount of money of which I cannot afford at the moment. But I will be back to my curious self in a few days!

Arathi Basin

WOW!

I just got done with this new Competition called Arathi Basin! It is where a bunch of Horde are set in an arena, with a bunch of Alliance. We have to hold certain Grounds in order to gain points against the Alliance Faction. This was so much fun. We PWND them hardcore. Me and my druid Buddy Breathron Owned them all! Haha it was so fun. And the rewards are supurbe.

I cannot wait until the next time I have time to enter this Competition. I think my bow that I just got a few days ago helped me a lot!

If I do well in these competitions, then I will be able to earn enough credits to Get an even BETTER BOW! This excites me soo much.

Anyways, I am still Waiting on what new weapon I should trade up for! So help me! ^^

A new weapon

Oh my.

Throughout my quests, just now have I realized that the dagger my left hand sometimes wields is getting a little worn, But I have no Idea as to what I should trade this in for. Do any of you have an Idea of what I could use?

To help with the Ideas, This is what I have had training in:
One handed Axes
One Handed Swords
Two Handed Swords
Polearms
Daggers
And Thats All I can think of right now... thanks for your Help In advance.

Oh yeah BTW, I have Level 36 Training in each of these areas, so I cannot wield anything of any higher complication to I Complete the next level of training. ^^ Till Next time

Toon Force

What a day,

I met so many new faces today!

A buddy of mine Ashley, also known as BadAshley introduced me to some great people. They love to help. They are in a Guild Called Toon Force. For all of you who don't know what a Guild is, it is a group of people who band together in alliance to help and aid those who need it within the guild, (and sometimes outside of it like me^^) So Badashley ( Another Hunter in training, Mind you) Introduced me to this lot of people, who welcomed me with open arms. All I did was ask if she knew anyone who wanted to buy some of my fabulous clothing!

This is great, They invited me to be part of their guild, And I said yes. This is so exciting.!!! I can't wait to help all of my new friends.

Anyways, It's kinda late, so I better be going now. Till Next time

It's April, But feels like Jan.

Geeze it is still cold.

I hate cold. I really miss booty bay. I need to move there, it is so much warmer and nicer there. Now that I mention hate, I really hate today too. I hate being pranked. It just makes me angry. I wish there was no such thing as April Fools Day. Everyone who pranks are fools. Lol Enough of the complaining, whats new? Nothing too new here. I added some stuff to my page! Like the link of me! It has my picture there, and what I am currently into wearing.

It also has MY NEW BOW. Look how sweet that bow is. While I was doing my VAST exploration of Stranglethorn Vale, I came across this and decided to drop using a gun. ( it gets my hands all powdery anyways) this bow is really nice.

When I got it, i had to make something to hold my arrows in, so I did, and now i am stoked.
Well just thought I'd drop in to share some of that information! Till next time

Technical Problems

Argh, I have a problem, :(

I just got the Film back from my Vacation, and I can't get it onto the computer, to put it on here.

I went back to the photo place, and they put it on a disk for me, but when I tried to post it on here it won't let me view it. It says that it is the wrong type of Picture file, that I should convert it over to a gif or jpeg. Well I don't have the software to do this right now, so it might take me a little longer for the Pics, so sorry everyone.

But on the other hand... I went exploring with my new friend Breathorn. He is a Tauren Druid. He is great. He showed me this new place called Stranglethorn. There are many new creatures there as well as a large Jungle of exploring to do!

I had so much fun. I also learned so much more! While I was there, we kept getting attacked by these panthers that could become barely Visible to the Horde eye. I went to a more experienced hunter that could train me how to be able to spot these creatures and now I know how to!

What I do is put a little bunch of flameable cardboard like stuff into my gun and fire it up. When it lands on the ground it brightend the area so much, that these basically invisible panthers can be seen much better!

But that's it for now. I am going to sleep to get ready for another adventure to Stranglethorn.
Till next time

What a WEEK!

Wow! Hey everyone.
What a Fun week I just had!
I entered myself (and Meatie) into an exciting competition, that I have been doing all week. It's Called Battle for Warsong Gulch. It is where a team of us Horde try and Capture the Alliance's Flag and Vice Versa. The first few matches I was getting used to this interesting competition, but after a while, Meatie and I got used it down.

All week i have been participating in this competition, in which I was rewarded with Honor from the Warsong officials and a ticket to be able to claim great prizes. SO far I have gotten about 450 honor and 30 or so tickets.

I saw this one Pair of boots that I want to Claim as my prize, but I need to keep doing this battle in order to earn enough Honor and tickets to get it.

Well that was most of my week this week, the other parts were the same ole, farming for deviate scales to make those fun belts. I think that I am going to try and learn some new things to make next week, or maybe the week after.

Well I gotta go now, till next time,

Back from Vacation

Hello everyone,
I just wanted you all to know that I am safely back from my Vacation. I am Currently Developing the Film from it though, and I will post the Pictures soon! :)

During my Vacation, I got a lot of sun and a lot of Relaxation. It was great, I think I really needed that Vacation, considering all the work and training that I have been through lately.

I did not take Meatie with me either. I left him at the Stable. I just wanted to relax my week away. I did however miss Meatie terribly though, but not having to take care of him was very stress free! He can become very pushy about when he eats and what he wants sometimes.

Well I was just updating you that my Vacation was Great, and I am safely home now! Till next time

Skinning

Hey all,
Not too much going on lately. All that I have been doing lately is gathering up material to make new armor and such. This is really raking in the gold.

When I can, I go and get those perfect Deviate scales from the wailing caverns. My Perfect Deviate Scale belt has become a big Hit in the Crossroads. I think I started a new trend ^^> Ive also tried selling them in Orgrimar, The Orcish Home City. They sell pretty well there too.

I think a little bit later this week I am going to explore some more, and then, get ready for my VACATION! Yay, I am going to take a visit to Booty bay, and lay on the nice sunny beaches. :)

Oh the Barrens

I found myself once again roaming around in the Barrens.
My Day started off to be a real boar. (No offence to Meatie ^^) I had no Idea what to do today. I started my day off in the small village Called Cross roads. I bought some cheese to feed Meatie, and Some more ammo for my gun.

I also sold some Items and random stuff that I found in during my exploration. I got a whole total of 45 silver and 12 copper after my purchases. I was going to save up for a new gun, but my friend Spiny, a Blood Elf also, told me that she would make me one when my Marksmanship improves.

Afterwards, I decided I wanted to go harvest some more Perfect Deviate Scales. Those were Found in this cave to the west of the crossroads, called the Wailing Caverns. I went about gathering as many Perfect Deviate scales till I got bored, which was really quick. So I decided to go exploring.

I headed North Towards Eversong woods. This is a fantastic sight. The trees are in Full bloom right now and it just looked so Wonderful. I was off in a Daze when I heard an Unfamiliar language. Come to find out that unfamiliar language was yelling at me. I could not understand one word that was spoken. I was so confused.

I just stared at this person, who by the looks of them, Looked like a Human. I went to respond, but just as I Opened my mouth to say something I saw a bright flaming fireball coming straight for me. At the last second I Jumped out of the way, and as I did I whistled for Meatie. Meatie was off wandering in the bushes eating the plump red berries, but when he heard me dropped what he was chewing on and ran straight for the Human.

By the spell he cast towards me I could Tell that he is in Training to become a mage... or at least That's what I am assuming. Knowing this I remembered a special ability that out Blood Elf race had passed on from Generation to generation. Mana Syphon. I can absorb some of the mages Magic power and harvest from the energy, in turn releasing a burst of magic to disable the Magic caster from casting any spells for a short period of time.

Just as I looked up from another fireball shooting past me, I saw Meatie Rush the Human, knocking him backwards putting him in a confused daze. At that moment I Began to Absorb his magic. I could feel the Mana transferring into my Body. The Energy that I felt was almost overwhelming, but it felt good.

I decided to wait for the right moment to release this energy, so I pulled out my gun, took aim and fired. With a big booming burst, my arms jolted backwards, and smoke poured out of the barrel into the leaf filled sky catching the light that was seeping in from the sun. I quickly loaded and, Boom. I fired again. This time I heard a yell. As I waited for the smoke to clear, I held my breath. All that I could hear was the grunting of Meatie and a loud Heavy breathing Human.

When I could finally see, Meatie was already Half way backing towards me, and that Human, was down on his knees. Bleeding for one of his shoulders, and more blood coming from his leg. What a NuB, I thought as I focused on Meatie. The hair on his back was raised and it seemed he was intently staring at that mage. As I followed his line of sight, he was in fact not staring at the mage, but at the People coming from behind this mage. Two night elf another human and a gnome. And they all looked angry.

At that moment, I had no time to think, and began to run. This is where my Hunter Training abilities really helped me. I trained many long days of running, and running and running. So I ran, Meatie following close behind me panting. I could hear mumbling in the background but I barely payed attention. What have I gotten myself into I asked??? He started it, he attacked me... And I Ran, faster and harder than I have ever ran before.

Trying to listen to what was behind me, through my own heart racing and the panting of Meatie. I could still hear them, but they were faint. Faint enough to stop for a minute. As I slowed down I reached for one of my pouches. And grabbed some parts for my Icy Trap. As I finished laying down the trap, The crowd's noise started to sound close, dangerously close.

I began to run again, but in the distance I could see smoke. Could it be a camp? Yes. A camp. Even better a Horde camp. So I entered the camp, huffing and puffing. Told some officials what went on and they ran out, to look for these Alliance.

And that was the end of my day. Soon after that I found an Inn washed up and passed out, woke up many hours later, and logged into here. So how was that for an adventure?

Which Pet Would be best?

Okay, I am in a Dilemma.

I Just released my Dragon Hawk, which was a pet I had at my stable from which i first started off with, and i Caught a Thunder Hawk Hatching. I didn't really like this pet either, so I released it for a Hyena that I thought would be good, from thousand needles. This Hyena was alright but not the best.

Then,
The other day, my friends invited me along to explore a Dungeon, down in the lower Barrens. They called it Razor Fen Kraul. In there, it was amazing. There was a bunch of evil people in there however, which we had to fend off. But I saw a Black Boar there. I really wanted this as a pet, so I released my Hyena, and set my Freeze Trap. I lined myself up so that the path from it to me had the trap in the middle to buy me some time. Then I started to Calmly Tame it. As it ran toward me I started to get a bit nervous but, my Freeze Trap stopped him in his tracks. This gave me more time to calm him down.

When it was finally done I fed him and apple to show my appreciation and named him Meatie. I also made some armor out of leather for him when we got home.

I think Meatie is one of the best Pets that I have tamed so far, but I'm not sure. I was looking at some other skilled hunter's pets and saw some that would be cool to Hunt alongside. This one guy had a Massive gorilla! I think that I have enough skill to be able to tame one of these.

I'm Just not sure on what pet I want to get, or should I just keep Meatie? This is a Tough Choice to make. I'm sure it will come to me with time and training though.

Busy Busy Creating things

Okay. So I've been lazy. But I have been Busy also! I have taken up a Trade along my way of becoming a Great hunter. I have learned how to craft things out of leather!

This leather crafting has been really fun. I have been able to create new armor and friends that I have met along the way. I just created this pair of gloves that fit me just right. For now I'll just call them thick hide gloves. And just before coming on to update here, i just finished making a pair of black pants for myself too! ^^ The pattern that I took them from is called Dusky leather Pants.

This leather working has been so much fun, except the part where I need to gather up all the leather. I also do this myself. Skinning the beasts in which I slay. I have though become much more skilled at skinning. This allows me to get the best quality leather from each individual hide.

This Belt right now is very popular in style right now, I can even get up to seven! yes seven gold for selling it at the local Auction House. This for me is a Great way to get some money and upgrade my weaponry.

My favorite place to go skinning by far is this cave in the Barrens. It is over by an Oasis to the south west from the little gathering place called the crossroads. There are raptors and Wind serpents there. Sometimes one of these beasts will have a special scale called a Perfect Deviate scale. When I can gather up enough of these scales, I can make this GLAMOROUS belt. I call it the Deviate Scale Belt.

The Beginning!

Hello All!
Here I am now. Starting my own blog. Well this blog is to let everyone know how me, Phonexia, is progressing in my training of becoming a Hunter. For all of you that don't know, Training as a Hunter isn't only for me, I have to learn how also to train my Beast friends to aid me in my journey's as well.

I have only been in training for about three months now, and already I have learned so much. I've learned how to train my own Beast into a companion of my own, learned how to wield different weapons, and also learned how to set various traps that help me in certain situations.

First off, I can't decide on which Beast I want to keep as a pet companion. As of right now I went into Thousand needles, just south of the Barrens, and Tamed a wild leopard. Right now he fits me right and I am starting to like him more and more every day. I did however try out those beautiful dragon hawks from my homeland just outside of Silvermoon city. I named her Flare, because of the brilliant yellow, orange and red colors all over her feathers. She helped me throughout the first month or so or my training. When I tamed her, she knew how to breathe fire! At first it intimidated me, but eventually I became less scared of her unique ability. As of right now I keep her at a stable made specially for my pets. I can hold one there and keep one on me, until I get enough gold to build an add-on to it.

My cougar though is quite the fighter. He has strength up the wazoo, and he can chase down the fastest of beasts. I have not thought of a name to call him yet, and am looking into that. He is very easing to the eyes. He has a Yellow body with black spots all over. When I first met him in Thousand needles, He was using and ability called prowl. That is when he gets all stealthy, hard to see almost like he is invisible.

In order to tame him I used one of my trap skills, I call it freeze trap. I imbue an Icy element into my trap that does not hurt, only freezes the movement of the beast. It usually only lasts a few seconds, but lets me have enough time to calm most Animals to a state of tranquility, so that I don't get hurt in the process.

Another trap that helps me, I call fire trap. As its name states, it is a trap that i imbue with a fire element to be able to cause to burn an enemy. This doesn't hurt the victim as much as it just makes them vulnerable to my attacks.

Another cool trap that I just learned today I call frost trap. Like my Freeze trap, Imbue it with an Ice element, but when something triggers the trap it explodes and spays an Icy chill on the ground that slows down anyone trying to walk through it.

These traps come in very handy when I am adventuring throughout Azeroth. Everything i have learned up until now has helped me along my path of becoming a great hunter. I can prove to everyone that my skills will be very useful, even though most other blood elves shun the way of the hunter. They will see, when I become one of the most skilled Hunters out there.

Well that is all for today. I will keep you posted on my progress throughout the weeks. Goodbye for now, and until next time.
may the Sun shine strongly on you.
